By car:Inntal motorway A12 from Kufstein to Innsbruck, exit Kufstein Sud (toll-free coming from the north) or Worgl Ost, continue via federal road B312; coming from Innsbruck Inntal motorway A 12 to exit Wörgl Ost, and then local road B 312; from the west west-motorway A 1 to exit Lofer and then local road to St. Johann.
By train:

Location
St. Johann in Tirol is located 700 m above sea level and has 7900 inhabitants. Located in the centre of the Kitzbüheler Alpen, between the Kitzbühler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser, St. Johann is one of the most beautiful villages in Tyrol.
St. Johann in summer
240 km of signed hiking routes will show you the wonderful nature of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. The attractive village centre with its frescoed houses and intricately carved wooden balconies has been recently pedestrianised. You will be able to stroll at leisure along the main roads with its shops, bars, comfortable guesthouses and historical buildings.
The spacious indoor/outdoor bathing area has one 50 m Olympic pool, one 33 m pool, pools and playgrounds for children, as well as a giant water slide for children of all ages. There are indoor and outdoor tennis courts, riding stables, a shooting range and a double summer tobogganing run. The airfield is used for hot air ballooning and tandem paragliding.
