This traditional hotel which is family-owned for over 200 years is located in the heart of the Salzkammergut, close to Lake Hallstatt and the edge of Bad Goisern.
The long-established family-owned hotel with modern annex features lovingly restored frescoes, Renaissance windows, marble doorways, and other historical pieces. The listed main house has an inviting lobby with free internet, a dining room with coffered ceiling,
an à la carte restaurant with a cozy dining room and a ski storage room with drying facilities.
Free parking at the hotel. Pets are not allowed.
Meals: Half board: rich breakfast buffet, in the evening 4-course menu of choice.
Winter fun:The ski area Dachstein-West is only 16km away and offers spacious slopes and ideal downhill runs for families. Demanding skiers and ski tourers enjoy the Freeride Arena Krippenstein in 16km. 1 x per day free ski bus in the main season starting from
the hotel to the lifts. Cross-country ski trails and winter hiking tours lead past the hotel. Ski rental and ski school at the valley station of the Hornspitzlifte in Gosau.
