The family-run 4*-Superior hotel welcomes you in a fantastic hillside location, surrounded by a 10,000m² garden with a wonderful panoramic view of the deep blue Wörthersee on the outskirts of Pörtschach. The town center is about 700m away. The state capital Klagenfurt is about 10km away. The central location in Pörtschach also allows you to easily reach the lake, hiking trails, golf courses and numerous attractions in the region.
The most hours of sunshine in Austria, swimming fun, hiking and cycling trails, including the 55km long Wörthersee circular hiking trail, and a breathtaking natural landscape: all of this awaits you on your summer vacation on Lake Wörthersee. In winter, the Gerlitzen Alpe, just a 20-minute drive from the hotel, is one of the most popular excursion destinations with its beautifully groomed slopes and many cozy huts. You can experience unique moments on a winter hike along the Pörtschach promenade or on a snowshoe tour.

The restaurant has already received several awards for its excellent cuisine from Gault Millau, Á la Carte and Fallstaff. The stylish golfer's lounge with SKY and the cozy fireplace room invite you to relax and have pleasant conversations. The stylish evening bar lounge 4E's with a smoking lounge in the covered outdoor area guarantees a wonderful end to the day with atmospheric music, refreshing cocktails and over 40 types of gin. The hotel's offering is rounded off by a light-flooded lobby, a reading room with library, a bistro, a pool bar, a sunny terrace with a lake view, an air-conditioned seminar event area and an exclusive kitchen studio with regular cooking courses. If you book the BALANCE gourmet cuisine, you will also receive a lunch snack in the bistro from 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m., and in the evening, a multi-award-winning 5-course gourmet menu with a choice of menu and salad buffet as well as vegetarian and low-calorie options. Food intolerances or allergies will be taken into account on request and pre-order.
