The cosy farmhouse Schmiedererhof is located in Durchholzen, a suburb of Walchsee. To the ski area Hochkössen it is approx. 8 km and to the resort centre of Walchsee it is approx. 2.5 km. Directly opposite the building there is a ski bus stop, a chair lift and access to the cross-country trail. The nearest restaurant is approx. 20 m away. The comfortable accommodation's facilities include a breakfast room, a ski cellar, as well as wifi which is free to use within the whole accommodation. Parking spaces are also available.

The Tyrolean-style furnished rooms, studios and apartments all have a shower/wc, satellite TV, wifi, and some also have a balcony. The studios/apartments further offer a kitchen/kitchenette with hob, refrigerator, as well as some with a coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
