Im Hause: Wireless LAN (alles inkl.), Skiraum, Zentralheizung. Zufahrt bis zum Haus. Parkplatz beim Haus. Supermarkt 5 km, Einkaufszentrum 5 km, Restaurant 700 m, Bushaltestelle 250 m, Freibad 3 km, Hallenbad 15 km. Gondelbahn 7 km, Skisportanlagen 7 km, Skiverleih 7 km, Skibushaltestelle 250 m. Bekannte Skigebiete sind gut erreichbar: Ischgl-Galtür, St.Anton, Landeck - Venetbahn. Bitte beachten: kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Objekt geeignet für 4 Erwachsene. Der Besitzer wohnt im selben Haus.
