Parkplatz (für 15 Autos, beschränkte Anzahl), Gemeinschaftsgarage beim Haus. Supermarkt 1 km, Bahnstation "Mayrhofen" 700 m, Freibad, Hallenbad 30 m. Golfplatz (18 Loch) 20 km, Bergeisenbahn 500 m, Skilift 2 km, Skibushaltestelle 30 m, Skischule 400 m, Langlaufloipe 500 m. Der Besitzer akzeptiert keine Jugendgruppen.
