Room facilities: All rooms at this 2-star hotel are functionally furnished and have a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas on the first floor in some rooms.

Economy Rooms - These rooms are located in House 2 - this is the old part of our house. Those rooms were renovated in January 2016. The room size - 16 m² 2 single beds next to each other - each bed is 90 x 200 cm. Extra beds are possible only in "Economy". Surcharge for an extra bed at the price of 20 € per night incl. Breakfast buffet.




Standard Room City View - These rooms are located in the new house and have views on Gumpendorfer Straße (Gumpendorfer Street). Room size 20 m² with 2 single beds next to each other - each bed is 97 x 206 cm. Extra bed in these rooms is not allowed.

Deluxe rooms - These rooms are located in the new house and overlook the quiet courtyard. Room size 20 m² with 2 single beds next to each other - each bed is 97 x 206 cm. Extra bed in these rooms is not possible.




Wheelchair accessible double room City View and Deluxe  - This room overlook the Gumpendorfer Straße (Gumpendorfer Street) or the courtyard. Room size 26 sqm with two single beds side by side - size 96 x 206 cm - can move the beds as you like with three different wooden blocks can increase the height of the bed. In this category we can place extra bed or a hospital bed or rent a crane for rent.

Facilities: Provides a reception desk and a spacious terrace. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the bright breakfast room or on the terrace when the weather is nice. On request, it can contain gluten and lactose-free dishes. The building is a supermarket. Parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 15 per day.
