The family-run, 3-star hotel is located in the centre of the resort Krimml, approx. 8 km from the ski area "Zillertal Arena". A ski bus stop is just approx. 150 m from the accommodation. The nearest cross-country trail can be reached within approx. 200 m. The
cosy hotel offers a reception, entrance area, pine parlour, dining room, hotel bar, Internet corner and wifi (incl.), children's playroom, ski room and a terrace. The 100 m² large spa area is free to use and provides a jacuzzi, sauna, relaxation room (15:00
- 21:00), as well as a fitness corner. The solarium may be used if paid for locally, massages appointments (payable locally) can be made upon request. Free parking spaces are available at the accommodation.

The cosy rooms offer a bath or shower/wc, cable TV, telephone, hair drier (pick up at reception), safe (payable locally, at the reception) and a balcony or terrace..
Board
The already included half-board comprises a breakfast buffet with whole-wheat products and a 4-course evening meal with choice, occasionally with salad buffet. Vegetarian menus are available on request. Once per week the is a buffet evening with zither music.
On Christmas there is special gala menu and on New Year's Eve a gala buffet is served.
