The modern 4-star Hotel Der Schmittenhof is located approx. 1.5 km from the resort centre and only 100 m from the Schmittental lift station and the ski area Zell am See. The ski bus stops directly in front of the hotel and if the weather conditions are good,
doorstep skiing is possible.

The comfortable hotel has a main building (4 stars) and an annex house, which is categorised with 3 stars. Accommodation facilities include an entrance area with reception and Wifi access (payable locally), lobby, common room with flat-screen TV, lift, breakfast
room, dining hall, parlour, bar and a heated ski and ski boot room. Parking spaces are available for free. The newly built spa area (approx. 200 m²) with various saunas, steam room, relaxation room with water beds, infrared cabin, ice grotto, activity showers
and tropical rain, colour and aroma therapy can be used (Sun - Fri, 15:00 and 21:00). If paid locally there is also a solarium, jacuzzi or massages available.
