Das moderne Appartementhaus Haus Nani liegt ca. 3,1 km vom Zentrum von Bad Gastein entfernt im Ortsteil Böckstein auf einer Höhe von ca. 1.131 m. Der Einstieg ins Skigebiet ist über die etwa 3,3 km entfernte Bergbahn "Stubnerkogelbahn" möglich. Ein besonderes Wohlfühlerlebnis bietet auch die ca. 3 km entfernt gelegene Therme "Felsentherme Bad Gastein". Langlaufmöglichkeiten bietet das Loipennetz in etwa 1,3 km Entfernung. Skibusse halten in einer Entfernung von ca. 400 m. Zum Bahnhof Böckstein gelangt man nach etwa 1,6 km. Die ersten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen Sie nach ca. 2,8 km, die nächsten Cafés und Restaurants bereits nach ca. 550 m.
