The hotel is situated right next to the mountain railway in the midst of the breathtaking Tyrolean mountain range 'Zugspitz Arena'. Shopping possibilities are 150 m, the railway station Lermoos 2 km and the public indoor pool Ehrwald 10 km far away. There are a Cross-country ski track and a skibus stop close to the hotel.
The hotel facilities includes reception, lobby with video wall, self-service restaurant, 24 hrs bar with snacks an drinks, après-ski-bar, sun terrace, CUBE club with 2 bars and à la carte restaurant. The rooms are equipped with WC/shower, hair dryer and sat-TV (flatscreen). Every room is equipped with a showroom for storing and drying sports equipment and clothes (with particular ventilation).
