It is generally quiet in Weerberg. You can stop off in one of the guest houses or cosy snack-bars on the mountain. If you still want to be active even after you’ve hung up your skis, why not try snowshoe hiking! Simply hire equipment and off you go on
the signposted snow shoe hiking trails through the glittering winter landscape. If you don’t dare go it alone, then you can go on a guided tour. You won’t be missing out either if you choose to simply go walking, you can enjoy the lovely, prepared winter hiking
trails and the wonderful view of the village and mountains. The routes through the snow-covered forest to the Hotel Sunnbichl and from Innerst up to the Weidener Hütte are really recommended. From there you can quickly descend with the 7 km long toboggan run,
which is one of the longest in Tyrol. There are various ways to go back down to for example, Hausstatt, where you can then stop off for a rest in Gasthof Hausstatt or the SB-Restaurant.
