Summer resort
Sights not to be missed in Umhausen are the Gothic parish church with the baroque extensions, beuatifully painted inns in the centre, the highest waterfall in Tyrol with 150 m (Stuibenfall). The Stuibenfall circular walking route is honoured with the Tyrolean mountain trail stamp for quality. The Ötzi village set up in 2001 which shows the conditions of life of the residents in historic times is an adventure for the whole family.
