Summer resort
Prutz is located in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland at the entrance to the Kaunertal valley. In summer it is an ideal place for hikers as well as for families. There is a vast network of hiking and walking trails up to an altitude of more than 3000 m. The Prutz/Ried-Fendels cable car provides easy access to the mountain region.
Prutz also offers a great outdoor adventure swimming area (water chute, several pools) and tennis courts.
Winter resort
The Ski6 skiing area offers 6 ski resorts with only one ski pass. With the free shuttle transfer, it takes only a few minutes to get the skiing areas of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders, Venet and Kaunertal Glacier, where snow is guaranteed. This makes a total of 320 km of pistes and 80 lifts.
The skiing area Ried-Prutz-Fendels can easily be accessed by a new 8-seater cable car. 14 km of pisted runs are suitable for all levels of proficiency, and there are also moguls and other attractions.
In the glacier area there is a big Funpark for snowboarders with barrel, quarterpipe, rails, slides, funbox and a halfpipe.
The area also offers approx. 30 km of cross-country skiing runs, some of them on the glacier. Besides all of this, you can enjoy a buggy-ride, ice-skating and tobogganing (one toboggan-run is lit by night).
