How to get there
By car: coming from Germany via Lindau-Bregenz through the 'Pfänder- and Ambergtunnel' to Bludenz-est and from here the local road to Partenen. From Innsbruck-Landeck you take 'Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße'(only in summer) to Partenen or through the 'Arlbergtunnel' to Bludenz and then local road to Partenen. By train: to Bludenz and then Montafoner-railway to Schruns and then by bus or taxi to Partenen. By airplane: the nearest airport is in Zürich.
Location
1000 m above the sea level, surrounded by fantastic mountains, is situated the little village Partnenen. Close to the skiing-area and at the 'Silvretta' located, Partenen is one of the most attractive tourismus-villages of Vorarlberg.
Partenen in summer
Flowered alps, clear water, the highest mountains of Vorarlberg - thats all is Partenen; You can make hiking tours through forests, up to the top of the mountains and you will be inspired by the fantastic panoramic view. Swimming, biking, mountain-biking, tennis,.... whatever you want.
Partenen in winter
110 km pists, snowboard, cross-country, luge-events, après-ski ..... thats all what Partenen is. The skiing-area Silvretta Nova is with more than 100 km prepared pists one of the best and most fascinating winter-sports area of Austria. You can use 3 different calbe-cars to get to the skiing-area. 30 lifts and best pists for beginners and profis await you. The highest-situated cross-country slope of Europe at the highest mountain of Vorarlberg, the Piz Buin, will inspire you. For Boarders only - ride your wildest dreams! 150 m halfpipe - a paradise for freestyler is the halfpipe, which has an own entrance from the 'Madrisellabahn'. 400 m freexrun - this boarder cross area is high leveled, varius, unique and soooooooooo cool. Subject to alterations.
