Austria's southernmost lake boasts the perfect place for recreation and relaxation, as well as for sports, action and entertainment to the fore. Cycle the Tour-of-Austria route at your own pace, or spend an exciting evening with international show stars at Burgarena Finkenstein. Or why not participate in the European Bike Week or in some out of numerous events staged on the local market square (Farmer's Market, Tumbler Shows for children), .... We certainly offer something for everyone! Surrounded by scenic countryside that could tell endless stories, you will find the remains of the Finkenstein Castle towering high above the Faaker See lake.
In the spacious arena (accommodating some 1,000 people), a great variety of events take place from early July to September!
From the end of the 17th century no one has been living at Finkenstein castle.
