Located on a sunny plateau at an altitude of 650 m above the Inn Valley is Bad Häring, the first recreational bath and spa resort in Tyrol. The village is characterized by typical Tyrolean charm, exuded by lovely houses, a small church, and the picturesque market place. At the foot of the nearly 1,600 m high Pölven, the district offers a lovely panoramic view and invites its guests to enjoy many various activities. SkiWith the lift pass "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental" you have access to one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world! On numerous occasions, SkiWelt has won prizes as one of the best ski areas in the world. 90 modern lifts, 284 km of piste (of which 254 km can be covered with artificial snow) including 23 km of ski routes, as well as four snow parks offer unlimited skiing fun. Regardless if you are young or old, novice or professional – SkiWelt has something for everyone. The free ski bus takes you from Bad Häring to Hopfgarten and thus gives you a quick access to the SkiWelt.
With the gondola you have ideal access to the pistes at the Hohe Salve - and from there you can easily reach the entire ski area! The 7.3 km long valley descent to Söll awaits the experienced skiers on the Hohe Salve, but experts will also find a challenge worth trying on the pistes at the Kälbersalven lift. Furthermore, the Tanzer run is not only ideal for experts, but also happens to be one of the most gorgeous valley runs within the SkiWelt thanks to its impressive landscape. Freeriders can check out the Black-Pipe Freeride-Piste on the Hohe Salve and boarders can strut their stuff in areas like the Crazy Kangaroo snow park in the Skiwelt Söll with kickers, rails and boxes - beginners are also welcome here! Speaking of beginners, the Skiparcours Hans im Glück is perfect for beginners, providing exciting obstacles and plenty of variety. Westendorf and Ellmau also have snow parks with further exciting obstacles. The utmost delight is found in the 81 refreshment stations which surround the ski area serving snacks and drinks.

After a fun day on the pistes you can be sure to find the perfect evening entertainment in Bad Häring. The cosy and quaint Gasthäuser (guest houses and inns) invite you in and offer you regional specialties and traditional "Schnapserl".
Those looking for more action can try out the toboggan run or the natural ice rink, among other options. A little more relaxed, but just as spectacular is a horse-drawn sleigh ride, whereby you have the ideal opportunity to relax and explore the wonderful landscape. Night owls should visit the 5 km distant resort Wörgl. There you will find various bars and discos for the party animals.
Cross-country fans will find what they are looking for in the region around Bad Häring. Be it skating or classic style, be it beginner or advanced skier: enjoy the scenery and rewind in the Alpine landscape. Further the holiday region Hohe Salve can be counted to one of the top cross-country terrains in the country. The Tyrolean head of state even assigned the area the quality sign for cross-country runs.
In the entire Wilder Kaiser area, there are about 65 km of tracks to be found in all levels of difficulty. These include for instance a track on the "Sonnenplateau" in Itter with a magnificent view. Sports enthusiasts will find the official Championship trail at Angerberg well suitable for their needs. Further you also have access to the 250 km long "Koasaloipen" (Emperor's trail) - for that bit of additional fun!
