Cosy 2-family house "Haus Hofer", 2 storeys, built in 1960, renovated in 2014. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Zell am See, on a slope, 80 m from the skiing area. Steep, narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (60 steps) to the house. Parking at 20 m. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 350 m, railway station 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 3 km, cable car 100 m, ski lift 20 m, skisport facilities, ski school 100 m, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track 3 km, ice field 400 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 100 m, Areitbahn 4 km, Kitzsteinhorn 14 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See. Hiking paths: Zell am See - Kaprun. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.3-room apartment 70 m2, on the top floor. Renovated in 2014, beautiful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with cable TV, flat screen and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with cable TV and DVD. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Direct access to the track for night skiing. The new casino is within walking distance in 10 minutes. The balcony is only 1 meter deep.
