Lage: Greifenburg 8 km von Dellach: Einfaches Chalet "Wassertheureralm". Oberhalb von Greifenburg, alleinstehende, ruhige, sonnige Lage, im Grünen. Zur Alleinbenutzung: Grundstück 3`000 m2 (eingezäunt). Holprige Zufahrt. Im Winter bitte Schneeketten mitbringen. Parkplatz beim Haus. Lebensmittelgeschäft 11 km, Restaurant 200 m, Bushaltestelle 11 km, Freibad 11 km, Hallenbad 36 km. Golfplatz 14 km, Tennis 11 km, Reitstall 14 km, Bergeisenbahn 20 km, Skilift 300 m, Skischule 18 km, Schlittelbahn 50 m, Langlaufloipe 11 km, Eisfeld 11 km. Bekannte Seen in der Umgebung sind gut erreichbar: Badesee Greifenburg 8 km, Weissensee 10 km. Bitte beachten: Fahrzeug empfohlen. Das Chalet befindet sich auf der Wassertheurer Alm auf ca 1400 m Seehöhe. Im Sommer hat man vom Chalet aus zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten und im Winter befindet sich ein kleiner Schilift ca 300 m neben der Alm. Im Winter Restaurant beim Lift.Das Haus wird mit Holz geheizt (Holz inkl.) Beim Bauernhof des Besitzers können Sie Produkte ab Hof wie zB Eier und Speck erwerben.
Unterkunft: 3-Zimmer-Chalet 120 m2 auf 2 Stockwerken. Einfach und rustikal eingerichtet: Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch. 1 Doppelzimmer. Küche) mit Holzofen. Unteres Geschoss: Dusche/WC. Obergeschoss: 1 Zimmer mit 3 Doppelbetten. Grosser Gartensitzplatz. Herrliche Panoramasicht auf das Tal und die Landschaft. Bitte beachten: Rauchmelder. Die 2 Doppelbetten im Obergeschoß sind 2 Schlafnischen mit Trennwänden aber ohne Türe. Díe Dusche/WC im unteren Geschoss sind nur über die Terrasse (Balkon) erreichbar.
Nebenkosten: Diese Gebühren sind vor Ort zahlbar. Sie sind nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.
