The hotel is situated in southern Lower Austria, almost an hour drive away from Vienna. The 60.000m² area is surrounded by forests and nature reserves, you can reach the centre of the little market town Bad Erlach within easy walking distance.

The thermal bath offers on 12.000m2 a generous sauna area with classic sauna, steam baths, brine steam bath, infrared bath, sanarium, soft sauna as well as sound sauna with fine scents like balm, camomile or hay flower. The bathing area has 8 pools with indoor and outdoor area.
