In the heart of the Salzkammergut surrounded by majestic mountain scenery and stunning natural landscapes, this hotel is located in a sunny high plateau location, about 30 minutes walk outside the center of Bad Aussee.

Accouterment: The history of Wasnerin can be traced back to the 15th century. The 2012 renovated and expanded G’sund und Natur Hotel DIE WASNERIN offers comfortable atmosphere throughout. The hotel with familiar atmosphere offers stylish ambience in the lounge, bar with fireplace, a cozy restaurant with conservatory and 4 traditional snuggeries, serving local specialties accompanied by fine Austrian wines as well as a library with a private lounge area. Lift and free covered parking places.

Meals: Half board: WASNERIN breakfast buffet with organic products, healthy snack in the afternoon with sweet and savory delicacies, varied 4-course dinner of choice with salad buffet. All day varied teas in the tea house.

Winter fun: The ski area Loser (6km) offers pure skiing pleasure with countless kilometers of slopes for all ages and can be reached within a few minutes. Families will enjoy the Tauplitzalm which is about 20km away. The Ausseerland provides ca. 200km of cross-country ski trails. The entry into the panoramic cross-country ski run is right outside the hotel.
