The Landhotel Post impresses with its unique location opposite the cable car station, in the center of Heiligenblut, amid the Hohe Tauern National Park. Surrounded by an impressive scenery of mighty summits over 3000m, Heiligenblut ranks among the most beautiful places in the Alps. The Grossglockner High Alpine Road is closed in winter (November to May).

The ski area offers the perfect base for a wonderful winter vacation with 55 varied kilometers of slopes for all levels. 14 lifts with short waiting times take you up to 2.902m above sea level.
The own Freeride Arena offers ca. 15km² free ski storage in high alpine terrain with countless variants and downhill runs with up to 1500m difference in altitude is worth a visit.
The hotel's location is unique. You have the option to go directly to the slopes from the breakfast table. The entry point to the valley station Heiligenblut is situated directly vis-à-vis the hotel. Ski rental and a ski school are also located nearby.
Countless leisure activities offer alternatives to classic skiing. Enjoy the winter landscape on a total of 13km of well-groomed trails. Ice climbing is a fascinating sport that brings adrenalin junkies to their limits. Fun for the whole family waits on the 1,2km long toboggan run.
