The free ski bus stops about 100 meters from the hotel. The bus takes you within a short time to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (5km), the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See (7km) as well as to the family mountain Maiskogel (1km) in the center of Kaprun. 41km of perfectly groomed slopes await you. New since 2015/16: Gletscherjet 3+4 which brings you in a very short time to the glacier.

Off slope the region offers toboggan runs, winter and snowshoe hikes, ice skating on Lake Zell, ski touring and ice climbing and winter expeditions.
