Each room combines modern with traditional style, with wooden elements, natural light and a flat-screen TV. Free amenities include Wi-Fi internet access and a minibar in all rooms.
Our 162 rooms, studios and apartments are all non-smoking rooms and attract for their innovative interior, with lots of antique wood, glass, loden and modern furniture. Our Standard offer includes double beds, flat screen TVs, minibars (free), ISDN and wireless LAN and bathroom; some rooms also have a balcony. Our superior rooms also have a separate toilet, a bathtub and separate raindance showers. The apartments also have their own living rooms, 2 TVs, a bathroom with a bathtub and a double sink with two sinks. The Kitzhof suite measures 170 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and unique panoramic views of the Kitzbühel.

SINGLE ROOM
The 20 m2 room is elegantly furnished with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, desk, minibar, telephone, safe and flat-screen TV. The bathrooms usually contain a bathtub with a shower, although some only have a shower. Most of the views are towards Hahnenkamm.

DOUBLE ROOM STANDARD
The ambiance of our standard double rooms is perfect for well-being. Comfortable leather armchairs, antique wood, 1.60 or 1.80 m beds, desk, minibar, telephone, safe and flat screen TV await you on approx. 25 m².

SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM
Luxury begins here. Superior rooms offer a modern alpine atmosphere at approx. 30 m². Antique logos, loden, leather armchairs, 1.80 m beds, a minibar, a desk, a safe and a flat-screen TV, plus a spacious entrance area with a clothes rack and a separate toilet complete the facilities.
