Above Kaltenbach, 2.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position, 7.5 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 7.7 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 3 km, slopes 10 m. Nice garden with trampoline. Many opportunities for hiking in the summer.4-room apartment 80 m2, on the upper ground floor.
