Zur Alleinbenutzung: gepflegter Garten 300 m2 (eingezäunt) mit Pflanzen und Bäumen, Parkplatz beim Haus in 30 m. Einkaufsgeschäft 2.5 km, Supermarkt 6 km, Bushaltestelle 100 m. Langlaufloipe 100 m. Bekannte Skigebiete sind gut erreichbar: Bergeralm 5 km.
