Location
Nestled in the imposing mountain landscape of East Tyrol, the car-free resort makes every athlete‘s heart beat faster. The alpine lifestyle resort in wooden construction is located above the village of Kals on the slope - with a panoramic view of the Großglockner, the highest mountain in Austria. Here you can enjoy skiing pleasure with all the comforts in a rustic and authentic environment, as the village of Kals offers genuine Tyrolean hospitality and tradition off the beaten track.
CHÂLETS
A mixture of tradition and modernity, an extra portion of luxury as well as a small wellness area characterize the 38 Châlets. All chalets are furnished with domestic spruce and have a spacious living room with fireplace, panoramic bathroom with WC, hairdryer and bathrobe for your stay, kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine, refrigerator, microwave and water cooker, washing machine and dryer, radio, satellite TV, Safe, Wi-Fi and balcony or terrace. The large glass elements offers direct views of the beautiful nature.

XE (2-6): Châlet Classic, ca. 105m², 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, living area with kitchen and infrared cabin.

XV (4-4): Châlet Superior, ca. 100m², 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower/WC, living area with kitchen, infrared cabin and Finnish sauna with relax zone.
XW (5-6): Châlet Superior, ca. 120m², 3 double rooms, bathroom with shower/WC, living area with kitchen, infrared cabin and Finnish sauna with relax zone.
XY (6-8): Châlet Deluxe, ca. 250m², 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom, cupboard and spacious wardrobe, exclusively equipped eat-in-kitchen with spacious living and lounge area on 2 levels, private spa with deep heating cabin and sauna, own laundry room with washing machine as well as free admission to the Gradonna Spa in the hotel.
Final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils included.

Payable on spot: deposit EUR 250,- per chalet/stay.
