The restaurant serves classic Austrian cuisine with many regional specialities. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet is served. Half-board also includes a 3-course dinner with a choice of dishes. A beer garden and a bar are also available at Gasthof Walcher. In summer barbecue evenings and guided hikes are organised. In winter the stop of the free ski bus to the Dorfgastein-Schlossalm ski area is only 50 metres away from Gasthof Walcher. A cross-country ski run is close by.
