The newly opened, energy-saving boutique hotel has been built with a lot of spruce, pine and oak wood and conveys emotionality and tradition. The hotel has a bright lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a bar and a tiled stove, where fresh bread and cakes are baked daily. The gourmet restaurant "HeLeni" spoils you with regional and international specialties. In addition, you can enjoy a wide range of specialty coffees, prepared for Austria's first Slayer espresso machine. A seminar room for up to 35 people completes the offer. Heated ski room, lift and free parking available.

WINTER FUN
The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal and stretches from Zell in the Zillertal over Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. On the 143km of slopes and 51 lifts, skiers and snowboarders will find a wide range for all skill levels.
Nearly 100% snow safety and skiing from 580m to 2.500m above sea level guarantee the perfect skiing holiday for the whole family. Directly in front of the hotel, the free ski bus takes you within a few minutes to the entrance to the Zillertal Arena as well as to all other ski resorts of the Zillertal.
Away from the hustle and bustle, there is much more to discover and experience in the Zillertal Arena. Whether winter and snowshoe hikes, cross-country skiing on a total of 200km of cross-country ski runs, tobogganing with sleighs on the longest toboggan run in Tyrol or with the Arena Coaster, the first alpine skiing trail, ice skating and curling on the artificial ice rink in Zell or a sleigh ride through the romantic winter landscape.
