The guesthouse, which is personally and lovingly run by the Schwab family is situated on the southern shore of Lake Zell in Schüttdorf in the middle of the region Zell am See-Kaprun. The center of Zell am See is about 2km away.

There are free parking places in front of the hotel.

Winter fun
Within a few minutes' walk you will reach the valley station of the ski lift. The free ski bus takes you quickly to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (15km). Here you can enjoy guaranteed snow already in autumn. A ski bus stop is right outside the guesthouse.
Besides skiing, sledding, ice skating and snowshoeing, the area around Zell am See is ideal for cross country skiing. Cross-country skiers can start only 300m from the hotel into the perfectly groomed 200km long network.
