Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 250 m, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Zillertal" 11 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 1.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 3.5 km, slopes, ski bus stop 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 3.5 km, Zillertal Arena 3.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Kaltenbach-Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.2-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor.
