Strengen - resort with original charm!

The idyllic resort Strengen is located at 1,029 m at the entrance to the Stanzer Valley. Around 15 km from the famous and lively "high society resort" St. Anton, Strengen is ideal for rest and relaxation. Nestled in the beautiful and imposing Lechtaler Alps and the Verwall Massif, the resort offers a breathtaking mountain backdrop. It is quite impressive, with a typical romantic appearance, situated on the centuries-old Roman road to Arlberg. Strengen has retained its original charm and captivates guests with its largely wooden farms. The free ski bus ensures a comfortable and easy connection to the ski area.

Ski
With the "Arlberg" ski pass, a massive amount of ski fun awaits you: 341 km of piste covering all difficulty levels are available to you in various areas of the Arlberg ski region (St. Anton, St. Christoph, Stuben, Zürs, Lech, Klösterle/Sonnenkopf and Warth-Schröcken). 94 modern lifts take you comfortably and safely to the top! St. Anton, reachable with the free-of-charge bus, boasts over 128 kilometres of piste and 42 lifts. Arlberg (1,304 - 2,811 m) belongs to one of the most snow-sure areas in the entire Alps. In combination with modern snow-making systems, excellent slope conditions are guaranteed.

Experts should head down the world championship racing stretches under the Kapall (2,330 m), whereas beginners can practice their moves on the Gampen. A special treat is an excursion to the sophisticated ski resort of Lech and its excellent slopes (transfer included in lift pass). There, winter sport fans can follow the famous Weißen Rings route, which with lifts and pistes connects the areas of Lech, Zürs, Zug and Oberlech.

The Arlberg is famous not only for its well prepared pistes, but also for being a freeride mecca. A total of 180 km of deep snow slopes are located here - ingredients for a perfect "powder-day"!

The fun park "STANTON PARK" in the Rendle ski area with kickers, rails and tables is a paradise for boarders.

Apres ski in Strengen is rather low-key. here you can let your mind wander after a long day on the piste, and relax in the "Black Wall" bar or at a fun lodge evening.

The après ski scene in nearby St. Anton, however, is truly legendary: the atmosphere is boiling in international bars and pubs from 15:00 on. The offer is extensive - mountain lodges like the "Krazy Kanguruh" or the "Heustadl" invite you in to enjoy the last rays of sunshine and toast to a successful day on the slopes. No one should miss the opportunity to visit the "Moosewirt" - après ski with cult status!

In the afternoon St. Anton's pedestrian area comes alive, as visitors take to the streets to enjoy the great selection of chic shops, cosy cafes and restaurants. Those looking to relax will find just the thing at the indoor pool with large sauna and spa area. Sporty activities can be found in the 2,000 m² multi-purpose hall.

St. Anton, Pettneu, and St. Christoph combined have a cross-country track network of altogether 65 km. The cross-country track Verwall, which starts in St. Anton and goes around the lake Verwall, offers great scenic impressions. The longest cross-country track is 22 km long and is called Stanzertal. It begins in St. Anton, goes through the Rosanna valley by way of Pettneu and ends in Flirsch. Due to its easy level of difficulty, even those with less practice can venture onto this cross-country track.

The highest cross-country track is situated at 1,800 m at St. Christoph. Furthermore St. Anton offers a dog cross-country track where you can take along your beloved four-legged friend! Those who prefer skating will find skating trails of altogether 23 km.

The St. Anton cross-country trail network is labelled with a quality seal.
