Located in one of the most beautiful regions of the province of Salzburg, the Landhaus Salzburg enjoys a quiet location above the village Dienten, in front of the overwhelming mountain massif of the Hochkönig. The center with shopping and restaurants is about 2km away.

The 10 individually designed studios and apartments offer you first class comfort. The facilities include a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video, safe, Wi-Fi and balcony or terrace as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker) and a sitting and dining area.
OB (1-2): Studio, ca. 20m², living-bedroom with double bed (box-spring bed), extra bed for 3rd person on request.
WF (4-6): Apartment, 43-45m², living-bedroom with double pull-out couch, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed for children, extra bed for 7th person on request, partly mansard appartements.
Final cleaning, initial linen (bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen linen), electricity, water and heating included.
Accouterment
The family-run country house welcomes you with a cozy fireplace, a library and video library with films for rent, a ski storage room with a dryer and free parking (partly covered). Maximum 2 pets per apartment are free of charge.
